Welcome to Avanza Club! By purchasing a membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Membership Packages and Benefits

1.1 Avanza Club Starter Membership

1.2 Avanza Club VIP Membership

2. Membership Terms

2.1 Membership Activation: Membership is activated upon receipt of the setup fee and the first annual payment.For the Inner Circle Membership, the deposit is required to secure your membership and benefits.

2.2 Duration: Membership benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of activation and must be renewed annually to maintain access.

2.3 Non-Transferable: Memberships are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable.Annual membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.Inner Circle deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward other services or products at the discretion of Avanza Club.

3.2 Cancellation: Memberships may be canceled at any time, but benefits will cease immediately, and no prorated refunds will be issued.

4. Events and Benefits

4.1 Access:

Members must RSVP to events to secure their attendance.Free +1 for Starter Members applies to Premium Monthly Events only.

4.2 VIP and Inner Circle Perks:

VIP Tickets, sponsorship booths, and coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.Inner Circle Members will receive separate communication regarding international retreats, investments, and exclusive opportunities.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Professional Behavior:

Members are expected to maintain professionalism and respect at all Avanza Club events, workshops, and online forums.

5.2 Misconduct:

Avanza Club reserves the right to terminate membership without a refund if a member engages in misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, disruption of events, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Liability

6.1 Event Changes:

Avanza Club reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified promptly of any changes.

6.2 Liability Waiver:

Members participate in events and activities at their own risk. Avanza Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during membership activities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Usage Restrictions: All materials, content, and resources provided by Avanza Club are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Indemnification

8.1 Member Responsibility:

The Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avanza Club, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the Member’s participation in events, activities, or use of membership benefits. This includes but is not limited to claims of personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

8.2 Organizer Protection:

Avanza Club is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or misconduct of its Members or third parties during events or activities.

9. Amendments

9.1 Changes to Terms:

Avanza Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
